HIGH PERFORMANCE FACILITIES

The training rooms have been purpose built for Personal Training and combine everyday cardiovascular equipment such as LifeFitness Treadmills and Concept 2 rowers with more personal based equipment including boxing gloves, pads and our newly installed Gladiator Walls and Suspension Training kits. In addition to the larger pieces of personal training equipment listed below, we have all the latest portable equipment including kettlebells, stability ball, medicince balls, BOSUs, and TRX suspension systems.
