Having managed, coached and competed for the IMG Netball Team at Cardiff University, I graduated in 2009 with a passion for health and fitness. The same year I completed my REPS Level 3 Personal Training qualification in London and immediately set up Em-Fit Personal Training which grew rapidly through referrals in Clapham Junction and the surrounding area. Originally from Devon however, the Westcountry beckoned and in 2013 I moved to Clifton, Bristol with a view to settle long term! A keen runner and lover of the great outdoors, I completed the Inca Trail in Peru in 2007 and the London Marathon in 2012. Other sporting interests include horse riding, skiing and hiking.
