I’m a personable personal trainer, who loves to help you reach your fitness goals, committed to making you look and feel confident! Highly qualified, I operate at Level 3 REPS and offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in nutrition, anatomy and physiology. I’ve spent many years learning and researching the latest Fitness Techniques in the U.K and California.
Specialising in resistance weight training in particular the Tracy Anderson Method; which sculpts and tones your body, to create a lean and defined figure. I use different forms of interval training – Tabata & HIIT methods to improve fitness and burn fat fast. I am a passionate trainer who knows how to make intense workouts fun. My main aim is to help YOU achieve your health and fitness goals fast.
