GPs & clients are supporting this ethos more heavily than ever as they see the importance of exercise for long term & chronic conditions. These can range from Respiratory Conditions, Musculoskeletal Conditions, Cardiovascular Conditions, Mental Health Conditions & Metabolic conditions.
Exercise can delay the on-set of symptoms and improve the quality of life for the client. Trainers undergo specialist assessment to cater for clients with these conditions and are able to offer risk assessed, progressive exercises suitable for the condition and any medications the client may be prescribed.
